The humidity indicator cards (HIC) provide a low-cost method of indicating humidity conditions within a moisture barrier bag after vacuum packaging. The indicator dots on the HIC (Humidity Indicator Card) change color from blue to pink as humidity increases and from pink to blue as humidity decreases.
